Commission Process and Questionnaire
CONSULTATION Once I have received your questionnaire, we will schedule a call to discuss your commission.
COMMISSION AGREEMENT you will receive the commission agreement within 72 hours of consultation outlining what was discussed during the consultation and sign and return it with a deposit to secure start/completion dates.
DEPOSIT A 50% deposit is due once the commission is scheduled.
BALANCE DUE The remaining 50% balance is due at the time of pick-up or prior to the commission being shipped.
REFUNDS Once the FINAL invoice balance is paid, no refunds, shop credits, or exchanges are given.

OPTION I Fully refundable (minus $100 material and consultation cost) if canceled within 72hrs of sending the deposit.

OPTION 2 If the start date (listed in the contract) has passed, the 50% deposit is a refundable refund in the form of store credit to purchase from my store.

OPTION 3 If you are not happy with your commission, the 50% deposit is refundable in the form of store credit to purchase from my store.
TIME FRAME Once begun, commissioned paintings on canvas generally take 6-8 weeks for completion.
SHIPPING The shipping fees will vary dependent on size, weight and destination and will be calculated in the commission agreement as part of the total cost.
REPLICATION In an effort to ensure true individuality for each client’s piece, I do not offer exact replication of a specific painting. I can however take an existing painting and put my own unique twist to it. Please keep in mind that exact color matching is not always possible with my methods, but I do ensure quality work.
